ABOUT DAVID

David's philosophy around food comes from his passion to continue learning and playing; whether experimenting with smoking foods, fermenting or curing, or researching ancient cooking techniques, his style is ever evolving taking influence from the seasons.

David has experienced working in some of the world’s most acclaimed Michelin starred restaurants, including  Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s in London, Quintonil in Mexico City, and The Ledbury in London amongst many more, yet his hunger to always learn more has also landed him in some interesting situations - including cooking over fire in a traditional Mayan kitchen in middle of the the Mexican rainforest. 

 

David’s experience has launched him into the world of private dining, working full time for high profile, discerning clients across London, Europe and Australia. 

 

Currently based in Melbourne, his culinary style is a reflection of his time spent travelling and working around the world. His curiosity never sleeps, and he believes there is always more to learn with food.
